30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for both defective and non-defective products.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item must be in its original condition.

  • The item must include all original packaging, accessories, and materials, if applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these eligibility requirements.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

To request an exchange, please contact us before returning the item.

Return Shipping

A return shipping label is included with the package for eligible returns.

Please follow the return instructions provided with your order.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees on returned items.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned item has been received and approved.

Depending on your financial institution, additional time may be required for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Final sale items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling after delivery

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined in this policy.
