Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within Canada only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Cost

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped within Canada.

No minimum purchase is required to qualify for free shipping.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Processing Time: 1–5 business days

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing times may be longer during periods of high order volume.

Transit and Delivery Time

After an order has been processed and shipped, the estimated transit time is:

  • Transit Time: 2–3 business days

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days

Delivery estimates are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout after the order has been shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Shipping Carriers

We may use various shipping carriers to ensure reliable and efficient delivery. The carrier used for your order may vary depending on the destination and shipping requirements.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Bookland Shop is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to update the information before the order is shipped.

Delayed Deliveries

Although we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Lost or Damaged Packages
